Your August Animals Challenge lessons will be available to you two different ways:

LIVE Online (via Zoom), and as a

Video Recording (via the Bruce on Art website)

 And you're welcome to use one or both of these methods for your instruction, depending on what better suits your schedule. I'll explain how to do both below, but whether you're coming to the live lesson or going to watch via the Video Recording, be sure to register/signup, as this will AUTOMATICALLY ENTER YOU INTO THE DRAWINGS FOR THE PRIZE GIVEAWAYS - you don't need to be present to win. There's a section lower down this page that takes you step-by-step through the weekly signup process.

Attend LIVE Online:

All of the live lessons are broadcast via the Zoom hosting platform. Many people are already familiar with Zoom, as it became a popular way for business colleagues and family members to stay in touch during Covid. But if you're new to Zoom, don't worry - it's very simple to work with. 

You'll want to start by creating a free account, which you can do using this link:

Once you've got your Zoom account, you'll need a special link in order to join the live Thursday lessons (there'll be a different link for each lesson). So, each Sunday, we'll send you an email with everything you need to get your Zoom link, and to receive the Materials & Supplies packet.

Please register/signup for each lesson, even if you aren't planning to attend the live broadcast - this is an important step, as it's how you'll be entered into the prize giveaways each week.

View the Video Recording:

Even if you're not planning on coming to the live Thursday lesson each week, we'd still like you to register/signup on Zoom for the upcoming class, as this is how you'll be entered into the prize drawings. Please follow the instructions above to do so.

Your Video Recordings for each lesson will become available on the Bruce on Art website the Friday immediately following each live lesson. Simply go to the Bruce on Art website, and after logging in, you'll click on the menu heading titled:  "My Videos."

Then just select the lesson you wish to watch, then click "Play." You can stop & start as often as you wish, adjust your playback speed, and even download another copy of the Materials & Supplies packet all in this same spot. Remember, the videos won't become available until the Friday immediately following each week's live lesson.

Get the Zoom Link

Every Sunday during the challenge, we'll email you a flyer with the information for that week's upcoming class, including the link to register/signup for that week's lesson. (See the sample image at right)

Remember, even if you're not planning to attend the live lesson, you want to register/signup, as THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY ENTER YOU INTO THE DRAWING FOR THE PRIZE GIVEAWAYS  (you don't need to be present to win).

When our email arrives each Sunday morning, click the large lesson title at the bottom of the email, then fill out the Zoom registration/signup with your name and email...and make sure you scroll to the bottom of the signup page to click the "Register" button. 

Once you've registered, Zoom will send you an email with your link to the class (you'll typically receive it within about five minutes of registering). This is the link you'll use on Thursday to get into the LIVE Lesson; you'll also get an email reminder from Zoom one day before, and one hour before, each class, with your same link (so you don't have to search for the original email).

Next, click the Materials and Supplies button, and that will give you the packet with all of the lesson photos that you'll need for your lesson.
